At FCI Group, Mother’s Day was more than a celebration, it was a moment to recognise and appreciate the incredible women who play such an important role within our family.

Mothers and mothers-to-be across our teams were welcomed with flowers, fresh fruit packs, alongside a dedicated awareness and wellbeing session conducted by medical professionals focused on maternal care, health, and self wellbeing during pregnancy.

Supporting expecting mothers is something we strongly believe in, which is why, beyond statutory maternity benefits, we also provide:

• 28 additional days of paid maternity leave
• Morning and afternoon nutritional snacks
• In-house medical checkups and counselling every 15 days
• Light work assignments during pregnancy
• Emergency support whenever required
